My sleep Habits
I'm happy with my sleep habits.I usually get enough sleep cause I sleep about 9 hours a day. I often go to bed at 11 p.m. and get up at 6 a.m. I use dim light and a quiet room to help me sleep better. I sleep more on weekends but on the days I go to the university , I get less sleep. At the end we should mention that the stress and the way your day goes affects your sleep.
